Non-bundle orders
For non-bundle orders, request a return within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags intact. Include any freebies supplied with the order. Clearance sale items, promotional offers and individual items from combo packs are excluded.
Damaged items
Report damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. A 360-degree unpacking video and product images are required when requesting a return or reporting damage.

Return pick-ups are arranged in serviceable locations. For non-serviceable locations, customers courier the approved return; shipping reimbursement is up to ₹70.
