When will my order arrive?
Delivery is usually within 3 to 7 days after ordering, depending on your PIN code. Weather, courier disruptions and local restrictions can affect timelines. Contact us with your order number for help.
How do I take care of my jewellery?
Keep plated jewellery away from water, perfume, sanitiser, lotion and household chemicals. Remove it before bathing, swimming or exercise. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear and store pieces dry and separately. Remove rings and bracelets before washing hands.
What is your return policy?
Request eligible standard non-bundle returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The first eligible exchange per order is free. A ₹99 reverse-pickup fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Items must be unused, unworn and returned with their tags, packaging and freebies. Earrings require unopened hygiene seals and packaging. Bundle, personalised, final-sale and clearance orders are excluded from change-of-mind returns and exchanges. Report damaged, incorrect or missing items within 48 hours, including bundle orders.
Is the jewellery anti-tarnish?
Our anti-tarnish finishes are designed to resist dullness. They do not make jewellery solid gold or guarantee that it will never tarnish. The appearance of the finish over time depends on care, contact with chemicals and friction. Check the finish listed for each product.
Is gold plated jewellery real gold?
Gold plated jewellery has a layer of gold over a base metal. It is fashion jewellery, not solid gold. This gives a gold finish at a lower price than a solid-gold piece. Check individual product details, as we also offer silver-tone designs.
What is the difference between artificial, imitation and gold plated jewellery?
Artificial and imitation jewellery are broad categories of fashion jewellery made without solid precious-metal construction. Gold plated describes a specific finish: a layer of gold over a base metal. Not all artificial or imitation jewellery is gold plated.
Which jewellery does not tarnish?
No plated finish should be treated as permanent. Anti-tarnish finishes help resist dullness, while care and use affect their lifespan. Avoid water and chemicals, wipe pieces after wear, and store them dry. We do not promise a fixed lifespan for the finish.
