Information we collect
When you order, create an account, subscribe or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, order details and support messages. Return or damage reports may include the photos or unpacking video you send. Website systems also process technical information such as IP address, browser details, cart/session identifiers and activity on the site.
How we use information
We use customer information to manage accounts, process and deliver orders, support payments, answer questions, handle return or damage requests, prevent misuse and keep transaction records. If you subscribe to updates, your contact details are also used to send those updates. Advertising and analytics information helps us understand website use and measure campaigns.
Who receives information
Authorised staff and service providers may access information needed to operate the store. These include website hosting and technical services, payment providers, delivery partners and email or communications services. Delivery partners receive the contact and address information needed to deliver an order. We do not sell or rent customer data.
Payments
Online payments are processed through PhonePe. Information needed to process or reconcile a payment, such as the order amount, transaction reference and relevant customer or billing details, may be shared with the payment provider. Cookies, analytics and advertising
The store uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep carts, sessions and sign-ins working. We also use advertising/analytics tools such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics. Depending on their configuration, these services may process cookie or device identifiers, IP address, browser information, pages viewed and shopping or conversion events to measure use and advertising performance. Reviews and third-party links
If you submit a product review, its text and displayed reviewer name may be visible to other shoppers. Links to WhatsApp, social networks or other websites take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.
Retention and requests
Our store currently has no automatic deletion period configured for account and order records. Records remain stored unless deleted or anonymised, and some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, or to stop marketing messages, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and explain any information that must be retained. Do not send passwords, OTPs or full payment-card details.
