- Pick-Up & Shipping: We arrange return pick-ups from serviceable locations. For non-serviceable areas, customers need to courier the product, and we reimburse up to INR 70 in shipping costs.
- Refunds: Processed within 7 working days after inspection. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method, while COD orders require bank details for the refund.
