At ShruRush, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for all our customers. Below are the details regarding our return, exchange, and refund policies. Please read carefully to understand the steps and guidelines.
Policy
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. During this period, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return request using the designated return portal:
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It should be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Any freebies or promotional items included in the order must also be returned.
Return Pick-Up:
We will arrange a return pick-up from the original delivery address. Customers may need to send the product via courier service in areas that are not serviceable. ShruRush will reimburse reasonable shipping costs up to INR 70 for non-serviceable locations.
Return Shipping
- We will arrange a pick-up from the original delivery address.
- If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- Customers in non-serviceable areas will need to return the product to our warehouse. In such cases, we will reimburse shipping charges up to INR 70. Charges beyond INR 70 will be adjusted against the refund amount.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved by our team. This process can take up to 7 working days from the date we receive the returned goods.
Refund Process
- For prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
- For cash-on-delivery orders: Customers must provide their bank account details to facilitate the refund.
Important Notes:
- Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Any missing items in the return will result in a deduction of their value from the refund.
Return & Exchange Evidence
To process your return or exchange efficiently, you must provide:
- 1. A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel, clearly highlighting any defects, damage, or missing items.
- 2. Images showing the product in its original condition with tags and labels intact.
Key Guidelines:
- Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
- Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may result in your request being declined.
Important Notes
- 1. Returns and exchanges are processed at the order level and not on a product-by-product basis.
- 2. Products purchased during special promotions, contests, clearance sales, or schemes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- 3. Individual items from combo packs or gift boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.
- 4. Customers must be available for the reverse pick-up and respond to calls from our logistics partner. Unavailability may result in delays or cancellations of the pick-up process.
Exchanges
- If your product is defective, damaged, or unsuitable, we provide the option to exchange it for the same or another item from our store. Exchanges are valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Process for Exchanges
- 1. Initiate an exchange request through the link provided above.
- 2. The product to be exchanged must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns (unused, intact packaging, etc.).
- 3. Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.
